These terms govern the hiring of Caio Steffen's (Webiq Inteligência Digital) trainings and consulting.

Hiring and payment

Hiring is done on the site, with payment via Asaas (card, PIX or bank slip). You can split into up to 3 interest-free installments on any plan. Charges are in Brazilian Reais (BRL). The date is reserved after payment approval.

Scheduling and rescheduling

After confirmation, you choose an available date and time. Rescheduling can be requested with the agreed minimum notice, subject to availability.

Evolution credit

The amount paid for one plan can be credited toward upgrading to the next level within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellation

Brazilian Consumer Protection Code rules apply. In case of withdrawal within the legal period, the refund is made through the same payment method.
